The Hotel Garden (henceforth called "the Hotel") collects contact information through its website in the form of requests sent by users via e-mail. Consistent with art. 13 of legislative Decree 196/2003, the Hotel asserts that such requests, and the data contained within, will be processed in accordance with the Law, including by automated systems, to fulfill requests entered by the user for documentation and product information and/or services.

"Processing" of contact information includes collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, sorting, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, diffusion, cancellation and distribution, or indeed the combination of two or more of these operations. Such processing will be undertaken in such a way as to guarantee the security and the privacy of the processed data and will be effected either manually or with the use of automated instruments to manage and process the information in accordance with the provisions of the law regarding recall and the principles of propriety, legality, and transparency. The data will be stored within the Hotel's server.
